To fulfuill the customer's requirement from design to production, Jumpway has introduced two new sections, being NCT and Laser sections. The establishment of these two sections has enabled us to thrust our services to a new competitive level.
By using NCT, Laser Cut and Wire Cut, we can finish our samples and products much faster. This improvement enables greater customer convenience when re-engineering on checking the products ahead and still able to make changes which could make the product better.
NCT and Laser sections were not created just to satisfy customer's needs, but also expand Jumpway's service range. From the beginning, only stamping parts and injection parts were handled but now a much wider range, such as solar powers, communication facilities, and industry use facilities can be handled.
Through the ability of stamping facility and mold design, Laser cut and NCT machines enable us to perform the re-engineering process of the customer's product to be more cost effective and deliver on time.

We have a variety of machines facilitating precise laser cutting including the Amada Fibre Cutting Machine (ENSIS-3015) and the Amada 4kw Laser Cutter (LC3015-F1).
We can also provide grinding services using the Amada Tool Grinder (TOGU-III) and the Amada Grinding Machine (AuDeBu-1000).
Machines we use include the HDS-1303, RG-80 (Bending force of 80 TON), RG-100 (Bending force 100 Ton.), and HDS-8025 NT.
For punching, we aim to obtain high quality and precision by using the Amada AC-255 NT Punching Machine.
